1. 서비스의 성격 / Nature of the Service

KFT(Korean Fortune Teller, 이하 "서비스")는 전통 명리학을 바탕으로 한 사주팔자 계산·해석 정보를 정보 제공 목적으로만 제공합니다. 서비스는 전문 상담사에 의한 점술·운세 상담을 대체하지 않으며, 법률·의료·재무·투자 등 전문 분야의 조언으로 간주되어서는 안 됩니다.

KFT ("the Service") provides Saju (Four Pillars) calculations and interpretations based on traditional Korean astrology, strictly for informational purposes. The Service is not a substitute for professional consultation and must not be treated as legal, medical, financial, or investment advice.

2. 이용자의 의무 / User Obligations

이용자는 본 서비스를 이용함에 있어 관계 법령과 본 약관을 준수해야 합니다. 이용자는 다음 행위를 해서는 안 됩니다.

• 서비스를 자동화된 방식(크롤링, 스크래핑 등)으로 과도하게 요청하여 서비스 운영을 방해하는 행위
• 서비스의 콘텐츠(해설 텍스트, 계산 로직, 디자인 등)를 무단으로 복제·재배포·상업적으로 이용하는 행위
• 타인의 개인정보(생년월일시 등)를 본인 동의 없이 입력·이용하는 행위
• 서비스의 정상적인 운영을 방해하거나 보안을 침해하는 행위

Users must comply with applicable laws and these Terms. Prohibited actions include excessive automated access (crawling/scraping) that disrupts the Service, unauthorized reproduction or commercial redistribution of Service content, entering another person's birth information without consent, and any act that interferes with or compromises the Service's normal operation or security.

3. 서비스 제공 및 변경 / Service Provision and Changes

서비스는 현재 무료로 제공됩니다. KFT는 서비스의 내용을 개선하거나 변경할 수 있으며, 운영상·기술상 필요에 따라 서비스의 전부 또는 일부를 사전 고지 없이 변경, 중단할 수 있습니다.

The Service is currently provided free of charge. KFT may improve or modify the Service and may suspend or discontinue all or part of it without prior notice, based on operational or technical needs.

4. 면책조항 / Disclaimer

사주팔자 계산은 절기 시각 데이터와 60갑자 산출 로직에 기반하여 이루어지며, 정확한 계산을 위해 노력하고 있으나 절기 시각 데이터 자체의 오차(±1~6시간)로 인해 절기 경계 근처 생일의 경우 결과가 실제와 다를 수 있습니다. 이 경우 결과 화면에 경고 배너가 표시됩니다.

사주 해석 콘텐츠는 전통 명리학 이론에 기반한 참고 자료이며, 그 해석의 타당성이나 결과의 정확성을 보증하지 않습니다. 서비스 이용으로 인해 발생하는 결정이나 그로 인한 손해에 대해 KFT는 법령이 허용하는 한도 내에서 책임을 지지 않습니다.

Saju calculations are based on solar term timing data and 60-gapja logic. Despite our best efforts, the underlying solar term data carries an inherent margin of error (±1–6 hours), so results for birthdays near a solar term boundary may differ from other sources; a warning banner is shown in these cases. Interpretive content reflects traditional astrological theory and its validity or accuracy is not guaranteed. To the extent permitted by law, KFT is not liable for decisions made or damages incurred based on use of the Service.

5. 지적재산권 / Intellectual Property

서비스 내 모든 콘텐츠(해설 텍스트, 디자인, 로고, 계산 로직 등)에 대한 저작권은 KFT에 귀속됩니다. 이용자는 개인적·비상업적 이용 범위를 넘어 사전 서면 동의 없이 콘텐츠를 복제, 배포, 전송, 출판할 수 없습니다.

All content within the Service (interpretive text, design, logo, calculation logic, etc.) is the intellectual property of KFT. Users may not reproduce, distribute, transmit, or publish this content beyond personal, non-commercial use without prior written consent.

6. 제3자 링크 및 광고 / Third-Party Links and Advertising

서비스는 Google AdSense 등 제3자 광고를 게재할 수 있으며, 외부 사이트로 연결되는 링크를 포함할 수 있습니다. 제3자 사이트의 콘텐츠나 정책에 대해서는 KFT가 관여하지 않으며 책임을 지지 않습니다. 자세한 쿠키·광고 관련 사항은 개인정보처리방침을 참조하세요.

The Service may display third-party advertising (including Google AdSense) and may contain links to external sites. KFT has no control over and assumes no responsibility for the content or policies of third-party sites. See the Privacy Policy for cookie and advertising details.

7. 준거법 및 관할 / Governing Law and Jurisdiction

본 약관은 대한민국 법령에 따라 규율되고 해석됩니다. 서비스 이용과 관련하여 분쟁이 발생할 경우, 관계 법령이 정하는 절차에 따라 해결합니다.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes arising from use of the Service will be resolved according to applicable legal procedures.

8. 약관 변경 / Changes to These Terms

본 이용약관은 법령·서비스 변경에 따라 개정될 수 있습니다. 개정 시 이 페이지 상단의 시행일을 갱신하며, 중요한 변경 사항은 서비스 내 안내를 통해 고지합니다.

These Terms of Service may be revised to reflect changes in law or the Service. When revised, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be announced within the Service.
